The suspension parts might fit, I'm not 100% sure. The other parts (intake, quick-shifter, etc) will not work on the IS-F
^What he said. The rear F sport suspension bar will fit but everything else will not work on the F. Those accessories are for the IS250-350 models.
F-Sport parts are specific for the IS250/350 line only. You can use the rear sway bar on the IS F, but that will just induce more oversteer, something you don't want unless you're planning to drift your F.

I actually have the Fsport rear sway bar on my F...makes a huge difference in a good way. To me the stock F had a significant amount of understeer and sway, after the Fsport rear bar my F feels more neutral and much less sway when taking aggressive turns. I definately recommend it.

Interesting, I had thought they were more or less the same. What are we talkin about here, softer or stiffer on the F-sport.

The Fsport rear sway bar is 19mm and the stock is 16mm. That 3mm difference makes one hell of a difference! It doesn't do anything in regards to ride quality...still the same stock dampening, because you haven't really messed with the springs or anything, just that there is a lot less sway with the F sport bar and it feels much more tighter and easer to control on tight turns.

I agree I have the rear sway bar and it does make a difference in a positive way. I can rip around turns faster then when it was stock. Also less body roll. I don't feel any oversteer on back roads.

The stock ISF rear sway is 17mm. I measured it when I changed mine to the F-Sport Bar. I agree the 19mm F-Sport is an improvement, with a little harder ride. The only reason I mentioned the size, is because I didn't want to perpetuate the wrong size being quoted. The 16mm myth really screwed me up when I was changing bars and trying to sell my old bar. It took awhile, but I did confirm the 17mm size with Lexus corporate.
