I have seen this happen on a few ISx50's while driving around town but their exhausts are fully connected, no tips, so the bouncing is more noticeable; whereas I would venture to say that because the full exhaust on the F isn't connected to the tips, there would be less noticeable shaking of the tips and exhaust over bumps.
