i call him this afternoon and try to have some info ... when you will ship, when you need my money (balance)
he cannot told me the exact answer!!!! he said they will try to send directly from the coating place???? but who will send the hardware !!!!
i thing we dont have all the true here.
here in canada if i need to coat 150 headers everything can be ready in 2 day.... imagine 25....

chris at (sikky) told me the headers are in the coating as we speek yesterday and the coater will ship it today to him, and he suppose to received it by thursday and will start to ship to the 25 first owner... ( in order to the first deposit he received)
i just hope everything he tell me was true)

HEADERS is on the car now ) my only proble was the o2 sensor on the front ... both sensor are scrap all the tread stay in the manifold (
so now i put plug in the hole but i need to found a replacement o2 at cheap price... NOT EASY
so now i have a code with VSC on so no 1 gear at all and much more richer a/f
but overall the sound is demon ouch very very loud)
if someone know a good source for o2 and the good part number please let me know

my headers are 100 stock and i need to return to the installer...
already 1 major leak on the driver side (we check the bolt all are tight)
and 2 small on passenger side...
367 hp before and 385 hp after on dynojet!!! after resetting the ecu... but i will return after my double check on the leak
ps... i just hope my headers are not already crack...........somewhere

we found my major leak on the driver side (between the headers and the exhaust) the flange was 100% straight ... the problem is the cheap gasket that come with headers !
i replace it with custom one and now PERFECT
as for the other leak on passenger side that come from headers we just tight it again and now perfect seal.
but my concern is not the quality of the headers but the HP....
STILL HAVE 385 HP AND 367 BEFORE @ SEA LEVEL SEA 5 ON THE DYNOJET
we are far from 40-50 hp at the wheel!!!!
but maybe i mist something

we found my major leak on the driver side (between the headers and the exhaust) the flange was 100% straight ... the problem is the cheap gasket that come with headers !

exact same design as joe z but used 2 futoba muffler
all in ss 304 mandrel bent with 2 small resonator like joe z
cayman as a 351 base run on dyno jet and he have joe z stuff !! and he pick 39hp correct
so with a base run of 367 on dyno jet too i am suppose to see minimum of 39 hp also ...
p.s anyway, everything i will say you have alway someone to tell you that you have something different
