Yes we are looking at getting them coated.Good to hear. Given the tight clearances under the hood have you considered some really thick ceramic coating by Swain Tech (white lightning)? Besides the better thermals you might see a HP gain with higher exhaust velocities? I used this coating on my stainless EL header on my subaru and had great experiences.
