Hey everybody...I was about to order these two mods and wondered if anyone had any idea about their effectiveness or first-hand experience with replacing springs or adding a strut bar?

Would you still like information on this or did you find what you were looking for?

^^Neither did I. The GTSPEC website only lists them for the ISx50 and not for the F.

To the original OP, do you have any more information on the strut bar? They are an easy install based on ones I've installed on other cars. In the F, it looks like you might have to remove a lot of plastic, I'll look next time I'm outside
