NO, IMHO there will not be enough IS-F's produced to >

make the aftermarket big enough for most to mass produce parts for it. If there are really only 2733 IS-F's in the USA, what part of that number could you expect to capture if you are makeing let's say a cold air induction kit? If you get 20% of the available market, which would be HUGE percentage wise, you only sold 550 units? Is there really enough profit in 550 cold air units to pay for all the R&D, advertising, etc, to justify bringing a cold air induction unit to market for that limited number of cars? Even if you could worldwide which will cost much more to market to etc, say the full run of 5K cars, that is not a large initial target market IMHO. Even if Lexus doubles that number over the next couple of years will the maket want, need, or buy your product? Big gamble IMHO. Think most will play it safe and wait another year or two, especially with the current ecconomy, before really doing anything IS-F specific especially if it's an expensive part....

I think we'll all need to wait for any really good goodies to come over the next few years, if at all. Until then we'll have to look for the smaller but willing MFG to cater to our wants, for which there is really nothing wrong with other then most can't afford windtunnels, etc to do full blown R&D, but some will still provide a decent product so shop wisely. :)

LOL, sorry about that but when you've been unemployed >

for the last 5 months and live and breath everyday looking for work and all you are told is that your are over qualified for this job or that job, thoughts about the ecconomy are omni-present. I'll try to refrain from any further references to the current state of things!
