does anyone know where my exhaust is

so i ordered the joez pts from carson toyota 12 days ago. they said they had one in stock. i have no tracking number. so i call them and he's like "i dont know, i thought it was shipped out, we have no tracking number" so this is great, no one knows where my exhaust is.

It is much better then the videos. I was a little hesitant at first but I must say once I got it bolted on and I started it up it sounded amazing. I believe you will like it. All of my friends and family love it. They are blown away that a lexus can make that kind of sound.

Best bet is to call them up and speak with a manager about the issue. While you're at it request for some compensation at least. For example, I notice you're from Canada so try to get them to reimburse you for S&H charges.
so after not getting a call back, i called them, seems that the manufacturer of the system, is waiting for mufflers for it.

2 weeks and i cant be notified that my f***ing exhaust hasn't even been completed yet. this has got to be the biggest mickey mouse operation i have ever come across. pathetic.
That is why most people bought it from VIP Auto Salon. They were awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had a great experience with Carson. An associate by the name of Caesar helped me every step of the way. We communicated weekly via e-mail at my request. No complaints with the service. The only thing that delayed the delivery was production of the exhaust, not much to do about that.
I originaly wanted to buy from VIP, but they charge/penalize you for using a credit card (pass the CC terminal fee to the customer). I am not a big fan of this, but Clark has been very helpful every time I have communicated with him.
i would have gone through clark but the credit card processing fee aka total crock of shit, is what deterred me.

Sorry for the issues, you are having with them...

Let me know who "he" is that has been helping with your order.

In short, our muffler manufacturer drop the ball when we put our order in about 4 weeks ago..

The Good news is the mufflers came in late Thursday.
So we just wrapped up prepping & polishing of the mufflers and all that’s left is to TIG weld them to the piping and package up the entire unit.

Carson Toyota / Lexus Parts will be receiving a few back ordered units by the middle of this coming week..

Unfortunately, sometimes they are selling faster then we are able to complete them..

Each of these units are hand made here in Southern California.

i think it was cesar. waiting is not the biggest problem in the world, its the fact that no one could contact me and tell me i would be waiting because of said problems. thats what really grinds my gears. even after i asked him to get back to me when he knew the 411, i still had to call him again, because he never got back to me.

Yes - You should have a tracking number by now..

If for some reason you don't, contact Cesar right away to obtain the shipping info.
