Best bet is to call them up and speak with a manager about the issue. While you're at it request for some compensation at least. Again, sorry for their customer service issue..i think it was cesar. waiting is not the biggest problem in the world, its the fact that no one could contact me and tell me i would be waiting because of said problems. thats what really grinds my gears. even after i asked him to get back to me when he knew the 411, i still had to call him again, because he never got back to me.
Yes - You should have a tracking number by now..so has carson received some exhaust systems yet. i have a feeling they aint going to tell me when mine is in the mail.
