Just so you know, if the chip/crack is "smaller than a dollar bill" (6 inches), the insurance co. will try to get it repaired, not replaced.
I had mine done (replaced) on Tuesday, mine cracked about 18 inches..
Full glass coverage = no deductible.
Oh, and while it was there, i got my new mirror too, no more vibrating!

well, yeah, that's pretty much my point, without expressly saying so..
Darned neighborhood kids playing ball always seem to hit my glass (when it needs it..)
