Customizing settings OBD2

Hi all,

I looking for a OBD2 device to change settings like the automatic lights etc.
Can anyone provide info about that .
I use Carista but maybe there's another app or device that has the same features ?

Yes..... i found on amazon a interface and now did read the IS-F with Techstream.
