I am curious as to how many have CONFIRMED the brake wear issues themselves vs listening to a diagnosis.

45K miles and my rear pads are still wearing fine. The fronts were swapped to test the raybestos rotors, but had life in them yet.

I changed my front pads at right under 24k miles with OEMs. I had 1mm left. Did the change myself and cleaned all of the pins, shims, and seating plate and applied the supplied Brembo anti-squeal. Measured the front rotors to be at ~45% thickness remaining. I have a set of Raybestos rotors ready to go when the originals are done. My rear pads and rotors are fine. And the best part is, I have no more brake squealing whatsoever!

I am very happy with the Rabestos rotors and HPS pads. The vent holes are showing no sign of residue and there is no squealing I can distinguish. Braking performance has been good for DD, however I have not run them at super high temps.
I still have it on my list to test the Centric solutions, but have had great experiences with Centric in the past for premium rotors.
Still working with my local Centric Dist to get all the flavors in to test.

Wow, I have a 09 IS-F and I just replaced my OEM front pads like, the beginning of this year! I had about 50,000 miles on them! Now I need some front rotors. I replaced my fronts with Hawk pads. Looking at replacing my front rotors with Stoptech's. Any one with advice?

Found them... I came across these threads over on club lexus. It looks like speed-freaks.net has a group buy and a weekly special posted for the IS-F guys.

This is the weekly special which is Project Mu Club Racer rotors with your choice of low dust street pads.
http://www.clublexus.com/forums/clu...1-is-f-brake-rotors-pads-package-special.html

Theres also a group buy with different street and track pads as well as the Club Racer rotors and even 2-piece GiroDisc rotors

Forgot to mention that pads and rotors can be purchased separately if you need pads but not rotors or vice versa.

^^^^Did you reuse or replace the shims on the pads? Not using the shims is the most common reason new pads squeak.
