so i was drivin a buddy to the bar, first time him bein in the ISF. we got onto this ring road which is pretty open, 2 lanes wide. turned onto it about 2 blocks down it bends and goes around a corner to an intersection. so we're rippin and around the corner...BAM, checkstop. slam on the brakes, haul er down, roll up to the checkstop.

Officer: hows that gas pedal work?
Me: oh it works pretty good, brakes aint bad either.
Officer: yah i could hear you coming around the corner there, going a little fast?
Me: oh not that fast
Officer: well i think you were doin about 90km/h (speed limit is 60)
Me: oh, somewhere around there
Officer: yah i'm pretty good at judging speed, dont worry im not gonna give you a ticket or anything just keep the speed down
Me: thanks
Officer: you have a good night
Me: you too

rolling up there branden is like shit dude that sucks, and im like, ah dont worry, nice cars get away with shit once in a while.

after we left, he's like, we werent doin 90....how fast were u goin
Me: oh, i looked down as i hit the brakes and we were doin 170km/h haha

oh we had a laugh or 2 about that one. obviously the cop is not too good at judging speed now is he lol

yah i probably should get a radar detector but they didnt have any guns out it was just a checkstop cuz Buckcherry was in town last night. doin 170 in a 60 is almost a new record for me. i've done some late night 1am-3am blasts down that same road over 200. no traffic here at that hour. i even did a 0-200 for a friend on that road. and thats the fastest he's ever been in a car lol i have topped out my F at 273 tho.....it still has some left in it, just hit 7th gear and hits the limiter....u gotta do it at least once if u own a fast car

with the K&N intake the sweet spot is 4-5K cuz its soooooo loud then from 5 to redline its so angry

haha, with the K and N at wot, it starts getting angry at around 2200 rpm.

2-3k its like a growling cheetah, 3-4k its like a loudly growling cheetah, 4-5k its like a roaring lion, 5k-redline its like a roaring lion eating a growling cheetah

Didn't you experience like a front end sort of lift sensation when you hit limit? I did. Quite honestly I felt a bit insecure. That's why for months now I've been looking for a decent front lip spoiler. Ones I've seen so far are a bit too loud for me, I want something simple and functional, something like they have for the Subaru Sti.
