That looks really good! I was wondering why Lexus didn't do this to begin with. The stock rear center console looks out of place without the CF.

Glued into place with a special adhesive ill include that won't mess up the surface of the arm rest.

It's probably because they figured it's going to be scratched given that it's the backseat, especially when people scoot over from one side to the other?..
