Canadian Cash Incentive is back

It is back on 2009 units. If you "cash purchase" a 2009 ISF they have a $5000 cash credit off of MSRP (down from last years model of $7000 off) again!

If you find a dealer with inventory they will likely give you another 1-2k on top of that. Happy shopping for those that are looking.

Anyone know if this is going on yet in the U.S?
Out of curiosity, what is the MSRP on a 2009 IS-F equipped with say Nav/Lev in Canada?
hey doug, engine cover looks great, ill post some pics soon
I believe it depends on the dealership
where I got mine they had a sticker price of 70000 and a few hundred
I paid considerably less then that even with tax
i believe most dealers have it priced around 68

transdeal.ca work me a great deal

Thanks for the info guys. It looks like a typically equipped IS-F w/Nav-Lev is about $10,000 more on the sticker in Canada. (Not accounting for currency exchange rate here).
I am not seeing in any "cash back" on U.S. based IS-F's in our region at this time.
The cash back is only on 2009MY inventory. The MSRP on 2009 is 70.5k and the 2010MY is $72k (series II - nav).

If you recall MSRP on 2008MY series II was about 68k. Nearly 4k more over the 3 model years!!! Not bad for used resale values if you think about it.

Generally cars in Canada are always more expensive... generally because Canadian's are willing to pay more for goods. It use to be worse when our dollar against the USD was 30% less. Now it is only 5-10% and the price gap is less but still significant. The worst gap in a vehicle is the Cadillac Escalade and XLR. Nearly 30k more in Canada than the US.

Lexus vehicles are generally 5-10k more depending on the model level (the higher you go the wider the gap).

Anyway if the 09's do not sell soon I would guess the cash incentive would go to $7k off as they did with the 2008MY earlier this year (which I took advantage of :) )
