Call the shots at Lexus

I work for Lexus. Actually at the same dealership as Andy "ISFCHAMP"

I've been called on by Lexus to work on a new project called "The Pursuit of Innovation" What this entails is reviewing our processes and creating something new that benefits our customers.

I wanted to reach out to all the individuals on this forum for suggestions. It could be for any area of the dealership e.g sales, parts, service, finance, loaners etc. It must be able to be replicated at any Lexus store. This could be an improvement on something already in place or something new.
