Good find.
Am I the only one who would buy a different car if I actually had 310-grand to spend?

looks like a mini batmobile!
OMG, that car is sexy! Did you see the back of the car and the wide stance? I absolutely love the car!!! Too bad it's overpriced...
Wow, I really like the look of that BMW  Not sure about the exhaust in the center but the body and stance look mean!
Gorgeous vehicle. I luv it. Center exhausts always looked like phallic symbols to me. I don't understand nor do I like them.

For $310K, Murcielago LP640 or put little bit back into the pocket and get Gallardo LP560-4..In no way shape or form $310K for a Modified M3 or $180K for a modified IS-F..

Couldn't agree more!
Wow, that car is INTENSE! But i'd have to agree, I'd get an exotic for that kind of price haha.
FYI that isn't BMW's answer. It would be the M3 CSL but I believe they cancelled that for the e90/e92 because of the world economies condition.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't CSL still cheaper than this M3? So their answer in condition of a economy is bring out something more expensive?

BTW, how do you like your new M3? Corning machine..Excellent car, I test drove one recently and great car I must say!!
The CSL for the e46 m3 I believe was around 100k. If BMW were to make one for the E9x M3 I'm sure it would be more than that, but nowhere near 300k.

As for the M3, it's a wonderful machine. The cornering ability is quite amazing since this car isn't exactly light. Straightline acceleration is very good but the sense of speed in this car is a bit dull. Driving 65mph feels like 40mph, 100mph feels about 65mph. The torque under 3k in this car is a bit lacking, but over 4k this car really picks up. I'm actually looking into the IS-F replacing my IS250, but I have yet to drive one :)
Mr Harris, I suggest you try one out, I'd like to hear what you'll have to say. :)

That would be an interesting garage. An E92 M3 and IS F. I think you should replace the 250 soon. :D

It wouldn't be the first...there is another member on here that has the E92 and ISF.

The ISF as a DD, and the M3 for weekend bashing!
Not feeling it.
