Glad you guys like them as much as I do!!! To answer some questions:

You can purchase the door sills here:

When I purchased them a couple of weeks ago, they had a promo going. If you use code "ILLUMINATE" during the checkout, it drops the price to about $155.00... then add shipping.

As far as install, I can do simple things like switch out interior lights to LED (which I did), but these door sills are not Plug-n-Play for the F. Anything that requires re-wiring I will not do, I'd rather pay someone. Anyway, I had it installed at my Lexus dealership. Now, according to some threads in the vendor section at clublexus, it sounded like it was just a simple re-wire process that would take 30 min. to do. What my dealership told me is that for the F, they had to rebuild a whole new wire harness for both doors to be able to do this. Is this true?...I don't know. So, they initially wanted to charge me $400+ to install!!!! Well, I wasn't going for that, so after some "gentle" persuasion, I got them down to $120 for the install. I think the install for these on the F is more involved because they worked on my car for about 4 hours.

So, if you guys know someone that is handy with electrical stuff, you may want to have them take a crack at it. You can probably get this done for much cheaper. For me, having it done at the dealership gives me peace of mind, that's all. I hope this helps.

Yeah, I was able to negotiate down to 1 hour of labor charge. Here in Dallas, the labor is $138/hour at my Lexus dealership. I was expecting to pay this. But, when I went to pay the charge, it ended up only being $120. Even better!
$90/hour is great!! That's what I used to pay at the Nissan dealership when I had a Nissan Maxima.
