i am biased in the fact that i WONT buy a black car for the reasons u mentioned above. i simply dont have the time/patience to wash/wax my car twice a week. if/when i get this car, it will be white exteror black interior. as nice as i think white/white would look, white interior would be almost impossible to maintain. my 2nd choice would be red/black or blue/black, but i already have a blue M3, so id go with red. 3rd option is silver/black, just see too many silver cars on the road.

bout your lease, when i went to check out this car last week, i was able to easily get 4k off sticker.

my credit is good (mid 700s FICO)
my lease would have been as follows:

5k down (3300 towards principle, 1700 is first months payments and all associated fees)
monthly payments were $885.70 (including taxes, title, and reg)
36 months lease.
10k Miles per year
52 percent residual after 3 years for a total of $31,720.

hope this helps.

i lease because as a business owner i can write off the lease. its 10x harder to write off a car that you are financing. esp if you have multiple cars.

therefore, if leasing and financing offer the same or close to the same interest rate, leasing is miles ahead for me. however, i would try to negotiate the minimum down, just first month and fees and would rather pay an extra 50 a month or so.

ehh not sure if 2k down 1018 a month is that good.
i mean i got quoted 5k down and payment in the 800s! with that money factor i would have calculated around mid/high 900s for the payment with 2k down.

WP, I'm not sure what bank is giving the IS-F a Residual Factor of 51% after 3 years, because I know it's not Lexus....
im not sure what bank it is. i got quoted 52 percent residual factor after 3 years.
does that seem high or low to you andy?

and im not going to get into a price debate with you in yet another thread. seems like i can get the car cheaper than you can offer it. great for me. please stop trying to tell me its not true just because you cant seem to offer that price. just because you want to make more per car doesnt mean everyone else SHOULD sell the ISF for a certain price because fact of the matter is, every dealership is different. back to the thread.
