I have Mark lev. in my F.

My audio unit has no power coming through it. Everything else is fine. Touch screen works, A/C works, bluetooth and nav works, only my audio doesn't work. Not even the lights on the buttons work.

Any ideas as to what the problem might be?

I shipped my F from the US to kuwait. By doing that I knew I would be voiding my warranty. But what caught me off guard was that the lexus dealership here in kuwait would not even allow my car in their garage, not even for an oil change!

They say that they only accept cars of which they have sold. nothing else.

Are they allowed to do that?

In Kuwait there is only one Lexus dealer.

ISFChamp: The fuses are all fine. I check all of them.
I went to the dealer here and a service rep. was nice enough to help me out, even though he was not allowed to. After checking the car he said the problem could be coming from the amp. That didnt make sense to me since my bluetooth speaker works fine, a faulty amp would result in the speakers not working.
Any way I went back home and removed my amp and installed it in a normal IS with the same system and it worked fine. So Im guessing now that either my radio/cd reciever is blown or has a disconnected wire somewhere behind it.

As for your suggestion to call the lexus hotline, there is no number that I know of and the dealer here doesnt advertise any kind of hotline number.

After pulling a few strings I got the dealer to accept my car. I dropped it off yesterday to check on my audio problem and for my first oil change.

For my audio problem they said that they will do a diagnostic on the car to find out what the problem is. For that diagnostic they're going to charge me about $400!!

For my oil change, Im expected to pay around $200!

Do those prices seem right to you guys??

Other than the fact that I shipped my car to kuwait and because of that I dont have warranty on my F, I have the only ISF in this country

The ISF is not offered in the middle east.

I just got a call from the lexus garage, turns out I had a short circuit in my audio wiring which in turn short circuited the power unit in the my audio reciever. I'll be getting a price quote for its repair later today.
