I highly doubt it. The transmission in this vehicle is one of the most technologically advanced systems in the world. On top of that, what can you do with a manual that this transmission can't do? I highly doubt there is anyone out there that can shift a manual faster than this car will shift and the only thing the electronics prohibit are actions that will over-rev the motor. There is no need to heel toe shift because of the throttle blip and you never miss a gear. Not to mention the fact that your hands are free to steer. I own one and I am very happy. Just my 2 cents
Clue, its not only an automatic Roider. Clutches are a thing of the past. I loved em myself in the day... But the day is past. Just watch an F1 race.. The left foot is currently used to trail brake into a corner or adjust the ass end of the car on corner xit. P.S. A manual is useless to anyone attempting to work on modern cars... However I do have manuals for my Kawasaki ninjas & such.

Right on!!! There probably isn't one in 5000 owners who drive sports cars with a manual that could shift like the pros with heel and toe to maintain revs. If you miss a shift slightly and not have the proper rpms each and every shift with perfection, you will loose to the Lexus direct hook up manual sport shift without a doubt. I would venture to say that most every dude that scans this web site thinking that the stats make their car superior to the ISF, ie. 0-60 times 1/4 mile times etc. couldn't even come close to these statistics compiled by pro drivers. Head to head competiton with manual vs. 8 Speed auto with average type drivers would give the advantage to the ISF driver.
Hold on old parts. I think you may have misunderstood my post. by manuals I meant shop manuals IE to work on the car. Modern autos of the performance brand Lexus BMW Posche MB Ferrari, Xept Audi. The manual IE clutch gearbox are near relics is what my point was. You are however correct, the new transmissions are faster shifting than 5000 squids grabbin gears in a street race.. point made, thanx
