Hi,

I just got my smokey granite F, and I must say the car is AMAZING!

I went out with a couple of friends to do a little straight line testing. The cars that were present: 2007 carrera S (light modifications), 2007 audi RS4 (light mods) 2008 audi R8 (no mods) and 2006 mitsubushi evo mr (extremly modified).
I tested my F with all of the above cars. All the runs were rolling starts.

I did 2 runs with the carrera, both times I saw him in my rear view mirror.

1 run with the RS4. By the end of the run my front bumper was ahead, my problem was that every shift I was extremly late. My window was down and I could not hear the shift beep.

2 runs with the R8. First run I launched a bit early and he couldnt catch up. Second run he launched early and I couldnt catch up.

Finally the evo destroyed all of us!

BTW my F had 200 miles on the odo during the runs.

Thats fuckin sweet dude. i just got my ultra sonic blue F today. Im dying to put it up against some cars like that.. but what i really wanna put it up against is that c63 amg or the m3 just to see how it compares.
nice guysss, i have a smoky granite ISF also, i think you guys should break it in a bit more before you start flooring and tearing it apart just a suggestion, but that yours guy's choice, but that sounds awesome!!!! Have fun with the cars guys, be careful as well
Congrats on your purchase and welcome to the site ISFq8!! :)

Those sound like really good, fun runs! :D It would of been interesting to see how the F compared to the R8 without the jump starts :) Do you have any videos of the fun ya'll had  Those evo's are quick stock, let alone with mods and it doesn't help that they are all wheel drive and have little to no problem putting massive amounts of power to the ground. All in all though, great runs and welcome to the site :)

Congrats and welcome 305IS-F!! What color interior did you get on your ultrasonic blue? Let us know when you find the C63 and M3 to run and how those runs go :) I ran a M3 coupe the other day and was a little surprised
BigMikeISF: Sorry, but no videos. We werent prepared. Those runs just happened without any prior planning. But hopefully next time I'll have something.
Your right about those evos, but their not very reliable, especially with mods. My friends evo kept over heating.
I got the black interior. Only problem is because some idiots at the dealership stole all the F's of the back of the cars on the roof i had to take a show room and my interior got scratched by some one:mad: , but luckily they're gunna fix it for free! Im in love with it! i cant get enough driving out of it!

No worries about the vids, just thought I'd ask :D Your right about the evo's, they aren't reliable at all, but when they're running, they run hard  Welcome again

Dang, at least they're fixing it for free! Glad to hear you love the F, your going to fit in here great
None of those cars scare me except obviously the Evo. Modified Evos and STIs are monsters no question. If you couldn't hear the shift beeps you should have just left the car in sport auto....it takes the rpm's up to redline anyway leaving your hands free to wipe the grin off your face ;)
