A funny plate in Texas

Yesterday on passing by I saw a name plate on the car. It was customized in a funny way. You know what it was. It was a Pokemon and below that some serious promotional message was tagged to it. It is such humorous one.

Texas seems to be super lax with their plates. Jap M3 is pretty good though.
