The IS F went back on the dyno today and things went very well! We turned the boost up to 7psi with the new injectors and with a few other changes we were able to conservatively make 552whp. We made a total of 40 runs in 4th gear because 6th just takes to long to pull to red line. As you can see in the charts we were able to get the air fuel ratio pretty stable and the stock ecu did not change very much throughout the day. It was a challenge at first to get the ecu to let us do what we wanted but we found the right combo and are extremely confident in the tune! We are planning on checking the tune after the (200 mile) barrier to see if it has changed at all. Here are the dyno charts, I will post a video in the next few days!

Congrats on the numbers!

This setup is the Artisan right?

Did you say your single kit will mount in the engine bay?
You are correct. Our kit will be mounted in the engine bay, which should result in faster spool and a better performing kit over all. Our plan is to try not to use methonal, but if we have too then it also will be mounted at the front of the car. The air fuel ratio in this graph overall is very good! The amazing part is that we actually had good control of the ecu. I am still in the process of figureing out a way that we can use the direct injection signals to give us even MORE control of the fuel! For the power we are at now I can say that this is most likely the best tune on a forced induction IS F yet.

Hi Andy,

Sounds like your having some serious progress with your IS-F. Excellent.
Can you post "bang for buck " info:
Investment in hardware upgrades, P/Ns, Time required for mods.
Drive train weak points, ability to actually pass smog regs. etc.

Thanks...

Keep up the good work!

I will have to wait on that! The Elite Single Turbo Kit is still in progress. I should have a car in the next few weeks to start doing some good R&D on. I will give updates as soon as I can!
