2012 rear bumper removal

Hi all. Have a 2012 isf and need to remove the rear bumper cover. Looked all over the interweb and nothing. Anyone know where there is a video or manual or the like? Bought this isf 4 months old and the girl that owned must have had a gravel driveway and there is a huge amount of small gravel pieces in the rear diffuser, bumper cover, etc. Crazy I know.
