The 18x8 ET38 Vertex will work on your application. We measure out all the wheels we sell and based on the OE specs from Lexus, these will work without any issues

Do you have an 18x9 F and 18x10 R that fits these cars? I'm looking for a set of light wheels for the track. I looked on your site but it does not show staggered fitments.
