S/C isnt going to boost your 0-60 times by much if any. even with 285s or what not you are still going to experience a bit of traction issues. any company that is developing an S/C should do tests to see if 1. the transmission would be able to withstand the power/torque 2. if the gearing needs to be changed 3. compression on the motor. obviously these three ideals you would expect TRD to address at some point, however i would hope they look at how wide can you go in the front/rear, and better yet, what modifications to the fender/wheel well need to be made to accomodate a wide enough tire that would be sufficient to putting power to the ground. power is useless unless it gets put to the pavement. i have owned a 700Hp E55 AMG and i can tell you, its very difficult to get that kind of power to the ground, when you get north of 500HP and 500 ftlbs. even with 295s i had to peddle the car off the line unless i was running DRs. Back to the ISF, while 0-60 isnt going to get THAT MUCH better, it is however going to make a big difference in 3rd and 4th gear, so while your 60 ft and 0-60 arnt going to be significantly better, key word SIGNIFICANTLY, your mid range is going to kick ass and thus you should see probably low 12s or optimisitly high 11s to 12 flat on the 1/4 mile. i would expect trap speed to be in the low 120s around z06 territory if the 3900lb ISF makes 600 crank HP.

these would be my estimates.

0-60 4.2-4.3
1/4 mile around 12 flat
trap speed 122ish~

I kinda figured this..B/c Combination of things factors in..Oh well! Better than nothing..
its not magic. its simply have to do with mathematics and the law of force, inertia. its very simple. it will be proven time and time again with rear wheel drive cars. with an AWD car, you are talkin about a whole nother ballgame.

so another option would be to try and convert the isf to AWD. god knows what the cost would be and if thats even possible.

ehh. the isf would be my commuter car because it would still get better gas mileage than the m3. sadly.

evo 9 would be fun, but if commuter is what youre after, cant go wrong with any type of accord, camry. i had a jetta GLI for a commuter in college and it was a lot of fun. 22 in the city and about 31 on the freeway still with a 1.8T that packed plenty of punch till u hit about 75mph. lol
