Goodbye for now :(

Well gentlemen, and ladies, I just wanted to say Thank You for all the help and positive responses I have enjoyed for the past 3 years in this forum. No other Lexus forum has the folks this one does and the geniune feeling of help you folks routinely offer to everyone. Now onto the move. I have gone to the dark side. I traded my IS-F for an E60 BMW M5. Now the M3 did nothing for me. The M5, well what can I say. DAMN! I need four doors and this one has that and 507hp. The SMG is a bear to drive but I am getting used to it. My wife is driving it now as well so I guess its not all that bad .
Anyway, I will be in from time to time and wanted to thank you folks.
Andy

Congrats on the M5. I've always dreamed of owning a M5 as they are really cool cars.

I agree this is a great forum. I wish I still had my F, but had to get a "grown up" car instead.

What is considered a grown up car?

For me it was an RX400h. I needed AWD to get to work in the winter (no virtual work any more) and a car that my family could fit it. In the F, we had to pretzel ourselves in and it wasn't much fun when we all had to ride together

That was my life when I had my 93 525i. I was at the dealer literally once a month fixing all sorts of stuff that went wrong.

My Dad has had good luck with his E60 525xi so hopefully Andy will have good luck with his M5.
