Offset and Fitment?

I am looking for 18 inch wheels for track purposes on my F. What sizes should I be looking for?

This is all I know so far:
18x9 Front
18x10 Rear

What is the fitment? 114.5?
What offsets?
And how do I know if it will clear the BBK?

New car ordered
2010 White/Grey Camry (SOLD!)
2008 Obsidian/Black F! (SOLD!)
2005 Honda CR125
2002 Honda CBR954RR

I did a quick internet search and came up with the below specifications for the stock ISF wheels (I hope they are correct). I imagine that each wheel style is different whether it will clear the breaks or not. I know that others have successfully used 18s before though.

* Size: 19 x 8 Front, 19 x 9 Rear inches
* Bolt Pattern: 5-114.3
* Offset: 45mm Fronts / 55mm Rears
* Accepts TPMS Sensors

2008 Lexus IS F - SGM - JoeZ intake pipe, Tom's filter, Borla catback exhaust, 30% tint all around, 245/35R19 and 275/30R19 Continental DWS tires
2006 Honda CBR1000RR - Akrapovic Evolution Line Race Exhaust, BMC Race Air Filters, Vortec Rear Sets, Bazzaz Tuner, Dyno Mapped
2000 Honda S2000 (Sold and missed)- AP2 in an AP1, BC coilovers, Prodrive monoblock forged wheels, etc.
