If anyone has an interest in a 2009 IS-F I do have access to a select few colors right now. Colors available in a 2009 model at this moment: Ultrasonic Blue (8U1) 1 with Alpine interior and 1 with Black interior, Starfire Pearl (077), Mercury Metallic (1F2). Please call, PM or e-mail me if you would like to put one of these under your Christmas tree for yourself!:)

What's the difference between an 08' and 09' besides the leather?

Mostly interior trim. See here: http://www.lexusf.com/forums/showthread.php?t=649

Thanks for the information Flip! As far as the exterior, weight, and power goes, nothing changed. Usually, newer models have different lights or so, but not this time... I thought Lexus would make the 09's lighter.

Lexus like Toyota follows a 5 year cycle with their cars. Usually the first 2 years unchanged, 3rd year powertrain and options changes, 4th year exterior/interior changes and 5th year a carry over.

There's been a lot of talks about stretching the cycle to 6 years.
