DAMN! i love the tint and the front lip. Is that a legal transparancy rate on the tint for the front?

nope..in NY you cant have anything on the front windshield.. and the front doors arent supposed to be darker than 70%

NICE CAR!!! i have a question though, i heard that changing the rims would be a problem.... like u have to get the perfect size or it affects the rims... what do u think?

I'm in eastern NC have an ultrasonic IS-F Your additions have inspired me. I truly am in love with your car!! I'm getting the windows and calipers done this month and am trying to decide on wheels. What made you choose these wheels? Also, i read that initially you were considering painting the Lexon front lip the same color as the wheels, any particular reason you ended up color patching it with the car? I like the Aristo's, but i also like Auto Couture's Victory rim, any reason this wheel wouldn't work or wouldn't look good??

I appreciate any and all advice and opinions.

ive been to 5 shows with the car....and its also my daily driver...lol 9300 miles on it already

Nice color on the Car..As for Rims I'm going to stick with my stock rims..which brings out the Starfire pearl white on the car..

no, neither of the guys at d2autosports are my boyfried...just good friends lol... my boyfriend does come to shows with us tho with our other car

Hey Cat, why are you getting another pair of rims did you have a problem with the other ones? or are these new ones just for shows? Curious because I was told that having 20" rims is a little much for this car, wider tires up front and in the back are definitely needed,,but taller? If it's just for show that's one thing but to go 100 or more on the hwy thats not exactly smooth might hurt the ride,,, no? Again just curious..:D :cool:

still keeping my autocoutures... and i will have the d2forged in addition to them. its a new wheel line, and the more cars that have them on the better advertising it is... especially with me roadtrippin it cross country to cali next month (have a lot of lexus friends out there), it will help get the word out even more so on the new wheel line. i still think the ride feels great withs 20's even at 130 ;) ... its only upsizing an inch from the stock 19's... i've already put 11000 miles on the car with these wheels and havent had any issues..., (yes my car has 16000 miles on it already since march LOL) :)

Where did you get your rims painted?? im thinking about doing the exact same thing but with a different number of spokes.. probably the HRE p40's :)

alright definetely will i actually like the stocked AMG wheels on the GL 550 they are very nice 21" 5 spokes AMG rims

Im dying to do this to my rims i want to get some HRE 590r's but i i dont know where to get the lip done :(

HRE will most likely customize those lips in whatever color you want. Have you tried calling them directly yet?
