Has anyone found the "perfect" license plate frame for their F? I am hunting for one now -- and found this:

Anyone seen (or better yet used) this frame or any others? Can anyone post pics and/or links?

As an aside, when I removed the dealer license plate frame, I noticed they chipped the paint in two spots by screwing the frame in too hard. I have to take it by the dealer to show it to them. I hope they don't fight me on this...

We sell a Chromed Metal Plate Frame that at the bottom on in the middle says "ISF". They are $35.00
I'll try to get a picture of them and post it later today.

i HAVE THE BEST LICENSE PLATE FRAME. It's on it's way. It's custom. I'll take a picture of it when I recieve it.

Rockville Lexus has a similar ISF frame but wants $50 for it!!!

I have one I ordered a while back that is black chrome and has IS-F in the center. I don't have a close up picture but will be happy to snap one if you would like to see it. Looks great with the black chrome emblems :cool:

Andy -- I like the branding on that one but I did not want a chromed one. I hate having to polish chrome to keep it looking nice.

Yeah, the cop attention, well I'm used to it anyways. I used to get pulled over left and right in Plano/Richardson.

I'm in NY/Long Island right now for the past year. I'm actually from Dallas (raised in Mesquite and Frisco) and I am planning to move back in about 2-3 years when my soon to be wifey is done with her work contract. I used to party in Austin all the time, $2 you call it's on 6th st. and mexican martini at Trudy's = YUM!

Who know what we'll be driving then when I come back! I switch cars almost every 2 years... But I'll send a PM next time I come the Texas, I use my brother's R1 every time I'm there.

Back on topic, where did you get the black ISF frame from and how much? Apparently it costs more to ship one from Mcgrath than it does for the frame alone.

"FST 4DR" is another good one in my opinion. My plate is not personalized yet. I was going to do it through the program the state was running a few weeks back but it has since been cancelled. It's not too expensive in Texas.

I once had a Mazda GT in the 80's, I had so much fun with that car much more than I did with my M3 then. I once stuck by the rear bumper of a Mustang 5.0 for a good ten minutes, he had a license plate EAT DUST, doing at least 120MPH on the way to Vermont from Montreal. He couldn't shake me off his ass, it was funny.

I like "IS F U" and "M3KLR", but I don't want my car keyed over it.

I also thought of "C U L8R" and "UR TAX" (part of my salary is from medicare tax dollars, but who know if my car will get keyed over that also:mad:)
