It will not be warranted by Lexus or the installing dealer. It is a factory Lexus part and works well in the IS-F as it bolts right in place. We have not experienced any issues with the install and you will still have your OE diff to fall back on. We did not find a need to alter any of the electronics or anything else with the swap we performed.
